RIP Greg Gilbert

My friend and former coworker, Greg Gilbert, passed away this week from uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension. He was 26 and brilliant. He was the sharpest IT guy I’ve ever worked with. Super smart and humble and helpful. A rare combo.  He will be missed.  For more info or to share with loved ones, head over to http://www.gergfoundation.org
That’s no typo.  We’ve called him Gerg (Gerj) ever since he got his Win 95 MCP certificate from Microsoft with his name misspelled.  What a good sport.

Next Stop Nashville!

As you know, I’m in a songwriting group with Andy White. I challenged the group to write a country song. Andy wrote a sweet one called “Her Hand” and asked me to sing it. Let us know what y’all think! Yeeeha!

Adobe CS3 and Me!

I’m at a free seminar on Adobe CS3 programs. Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc. It’s hosted by AIGA in Santa Barbara.
Hopefully I’ll get better at web stuff this year. By the way, I’m officially making websites at work so call me if you need a site! Or just call me so I feel super popular!
