One of my favorite vocalists ever has passed. He was literally one of a kind. I can’t think of anyone else that sounded like him. Passionate & powerful.

With Rory starting Kindergarten we got all our kids in school. Will is
rocking 3rd grade & Malia is totally owning 2nd grade. By "owning" I
mean "crying and needing mommy to walk her into".

I’m at the beach, in case you were wondering.

We lost our friend Claire last week. We feel blessed to have ever had her in our lives. She was pretty special. She married our good friend, Cameron.

Cam has been such an example of sacrificial love to me. It’s not something you take actual notes on, but I have learned much watching him see Claire through her fight with stupid cancer. They were a sweet  couple.

Hello internet pals.
I was away camping last week at Refugio Beach with wonderful friends. A refreshing time was had and I didn’t post much to my little bloggy blog here. I’ll work on some content for you in the next couple days.
